Objective: There is a need for native kidney nephrectomy to increase renal transplant surgery’s safety or improve postoperative function in some cases. The timing of the procedure still controversial. This study aimed present our procedures performed simultaneously with transplantation light literature. Conclusion: In appropriate indications, simultaneous safe effective method preparing centers sufficient experience equipment, it may be preferable perform Keywords: transplantation, nephrectomy, polycystic complications.
